Forms packages include all required forms for the selected stage of Client's process, including applicable local forms.
After preparing the forms, the client reviews for any errors or typos and we make corrections as needed;
Forms are reviewed by attorney after preparation for errors and accuracy;
Prepared documents are delivered to client in electronic form, through our secure client portal;
Written overview of the family court process in California;
Written instructions for filing form package with Client's court of jurisdiction;
Written instructions for service of process after court filing;
Written instructions for filing proof of service with Client's court of jurisdiction;
Written instructions on court appearances required in Client's court of jurisdiction, if applicable;
Written instructions on child custody mediation required in Client's court of jurisdiction, if applicable;
