With flat fee legal services, you pay an attorney a set fee for an agreed portion of your case. This is different from traditional legal services, in which you would pay an attorney an hourly fee for the work that you need done. Most of our work is done on a flat fee basis rather than through hourly fees, which gives our clients confidence to move forward with their cases.

Understand your fees from the beginning.

When you start your case with Clarity Legal, we will let you know at the beginning what your attorney’s fees will be. We will also give you an estimate of government filing fees and any other costs.

Payment methods.

We accept checks, money orders, electronic checks, debit cards, and all major credit cards as payment methods. You can make a payment with your debit card or credit card online using your computer or mobile phone. We do not accept cash.

Low down payment gets you started on your case quickly.

If the total attorney’s fee for your case is more than $500, we will offer you a payment plan. If you prefer to pay your attorney’s fees all at once, that is not a problem for most types of cases.

Your down payment will be 25% of the total attorney’s fees for your case.

We will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget and the timeframe for your case.

Automatic payments, so there’s nothing to remember.

We will set you up with an automatic payment plan using your debit card or credit card. You won’t have to remember to pay your bill.

We do not store your credit card information; it is kept in a secure third-party payment processing system which cannot be accessed by us or anyone else.
